How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days across Australia.

 

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Free standard shipping on all orders over $75.

 

Can I return a product?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Please email us at sam@houseofwhiskers.com.au to start a return.

 

Are your products safe for cats?

All products in our range are selected with cat safety as a priority. We avoid small parts that could be swallowed and use non-toxic materials wherever possible.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within Australia only. International shipping is something we hope to offer in the future.

 

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.
