We aim to display products and prices accurately, but errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them and to cancel any order placed with incorrect information. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline; Whisker Club member pricing applies to eligible members only. Payments are processed securely, and you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided. Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping policy and Return and refund policy, which form part of these terms. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure. To the extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased; nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
