Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. To start a return, email sam@houseofwhiskers.com.au. Returns are sent to: House of Whiskers, 203/737 High St, Armadale, Melbourne, Victoria 3143. Once your return is approved, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Damaged or incorrect items: please contact us immediately and we'll make it right. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving the item. Change of mind is welcome, with no restocking fees.
